Practical employment and life skills support for young people aged 16–25

Reach Ready is our dedicated programme helping young people in St Helens take their next steps into work, training, volunteering, or further education. It’s informal, person-centred, and mental health-informed, making sure each young person feels seen, supported, and set up for success.

We know moving into adult life can be overwhelming and whether it’s your first job application, your first interview, or figuring out what you want to do next. That’s why Reach Ready offers practical skills alongside emotional confidence-building, so young people are ready in every sense of the word.
