REACH (Reach Rainhill C.I.C.) is a not for profit youth organisation working across St Helens to support young people who are too often missed by traditional systems.
We build trusted relationships with young people in places they already are; on streets, in parks, in community spaces and town centres; and combine clinical oversight, strong safeguarding, and partnership co-ordination.
Why REACH Exists
Too many young people fall between systems.
They may not meet thresholds for statutory support, but they are sometimes carrying distress, risk and disconnection. Without early support, these needs can escalate into crisis, enforcement or exclusion.
Reach exists to intervene earlier, safety and relationally; reducing harm for young people while easing pressure on families, communities and public services.
